Following public circulation of the footage, the woman involved was identified by online users as Victoria Louise Mason, reportedly employed as a nurse. Her employer, Nathaniel Witherell Nursing Home in Stamford, issued an official statement confirming awareness of the incident. The institution stated that it was “deeply troubled” by the remarks, emphasizing that they do not reflect its values, policies, or organizational culture. The statement further reaffirmed a zero-tolerance policy toward hate speech, discrimination, and harassment, and underscored its commitment to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment.
